Please note that values for duration and distance are estimates and they can vary depending on traffic and fastest route available on the day. Journey duration does not take into account traffic conditions. We recommend you allow at least 1.5x the estimate duration of journey.

Please note that the total number of passengers includes adults and children. Any children under 8 years old are required to travel with a child seat (infant, child or booster seat). This can either be provided by yourself or by us, on request.
Luggage allowance is determined by the car type you have chosen. Each car type can fit up to a certain amount of luggage, so please make sure you do not have more luggage than the allowed vehicle limit as you risk being extra charged or even having your booking cancelled if the booked vehicle can’t fit all the luggage present in the car trunk.
Hand luggage(carry-on) is the type of luggage that you are allowed to carry along in the passenger compartment of an airplane.
Check in luggage is the type of luggage delivered to an airline or train for transportation in the hold area, which is inaccessible to you during the flight. Check in luggage can be no heavier than50lbs. / 23kgs. Anything over this limit must be mentioned and is subject to extra charge.

For pick-ups from a location (not an airport pick-up), please ignore the Airline Name, Flight Number, Flight Landing Time & Departure City fields. Enter the date and time you require the pick-up for.
For airport pick-ups, please fill in all fields.Please mention the company you are flying with, the flight number, departure city and flight landing time. Please take into account the required time to pass customs (immigration) and to collect luggage when selecting the pick-up time. We suggest to allow between 15-30mins for national flights and 30-45mins for international flights. Using this information, we suggest you select pick-up time as following: flight landing time + time for customs & luggage collection.

Please make sure all details you provide us with are accurate. Make sure the name introduced is that of the passenger (or one of the passengers) travelling on the day. Also, please provide us with the full name of the passenger, as this can cause delays especially for airport pick-ups.
Please enter the passenger’s mobile phone number. We may have to contact them to ask for extra information or to locate them if unable to find. If using a UK landline or mobile number, simply enter the number with no spaces. For international numbers, please insert the number with the country code first, followed by the other digits of the number (ex. USA > 001-followed by number, Spain > 0035-followed by number etc.).
